the planning meeting (one hour)

This meeting is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll ask lots of questions so we can dive into all of the exciting plans that will make your senior session absolutely perfect. I will also share a variety of the custom products that are currently offered for my senior clients, including Custom Wall Art, Heirloom Image Boxes & Signature Albums. Seeing these keepsakes will help us talk through some of the potential ways you could commemorate and display your images in your home.

Feel free to bring ALL of the questions! We will talk about location ideas, outfits, accessories, sports/hobbies to include, and so much more.

The Session (one-three hours)

It's your session day!!!

• Because we had our Planning Meeting and have stayed in touch, we know where we are meeting, what time, and all of the can’t-miss locations we are going to visit. Your clothing selections have been made, all of your accessories and props are packed and you are 100% ready!

This means we can lean into enjoying the session! I'll capture a mix posed and candid images and any nerves that you may have been feeling will melt away. I always say that sessions are like a conversation - we'll chat and brainstorm, I just happen to have a camera! lol

And, don't worry if it's a hot day or a break is needed. Taking a moment to cool down (or warm up, if it's a winter session!), get a drink of water or a snack is never a problem!

your photo Presentation & Ordering meeting (60-90 min)

Two weeks after your session, we will meet in my office for your Presentation and Ordering Meeting.

Here, you will view your customized Image Presentation, which has been set to some of your senior's favorite songs. We will also work together to select your favorite images and discuss how each of those images will be used to create your final keepsake items; such as wall art, albums or image boxes.

I love this meeting because my clients can see the story we talked about creating at our first meeting. They see the memories they made and many times families get misty-eyed and ask to watch it again.

Once the image selection and keepsake creation process is complete, I place your order. Around 3 weeks later I will connect with you to hand deliver your order. I'm also happy to hang your wall art if you'd like!

Don't worry about losing touch with me! I always check in with my senior clients around the new year to discuss any upcoming graduation card & party needs.

I also have a few surprises up my sleeve that I love to offer to my seniors & their families - all to celebrate & commemorate this truly amazing time in their lives!
